We felt warmly greeted right from the start. staff met us at the pier and brought our luggage to the hotel, creating a smooth arrival experience. The ambiance of the hotel was delightful—especially the breakfast setting on the veranda that offered a beautiful sea view. Our room, a Deluxe Suite with City View, provided a breathtaking perspective of the harbor, making our stay extra special.

The luggage assistance could have been more efficient, as we had to wait a bit longer than expected.

Had an unbelievable time. The breakfast served made-to-order with truffled eggs and barista-made coffee, was absolutely amazing. Our luxurious room had a stunning harbor view and we loved relaxing in the spa—deep tissue massage and hammam were highlights. Staff answered every question and were super friendly. Everything was just perfect!

We had an awesome time at this hotel with friends! The location is perfect, just a short walk to CAMP VIRA BEACH, which is great for relaxing too. The staff was super friendly, especially Mislav and Marin, who helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices. We loved our spacious room, perfect for hanging out together.

The pool area is small and can feel cramped, especially during busy hours when everyone is trying to find a spot to relax. There were also inconsistencies with the turndown service. missing towels and bath mats were somewhat annoying, though they did get replenished later. Additionally, the pool bar has unclear operating hours and lacks adequate signage, making it awkward to know when you can order a drink.

Not obvious to find, as you must park in a public lot and be met by a porter to transport luggage to the hotel entrance.

we had an amazing stay at palace elisabeth. the staff welcomed us with chilled towels and tasty blinis, which was a lovely touch! our deluxe suite offered fantastic views of the harbor, and the breakfast on the veranda was a highlight—super attentive service and delicious food! the concierge helped us book a last-minute tour too. we felt truly looked after!
